‘TWAS THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS

I don’t understand it at all.

Our Man isn’t putting on his Car Shoes, nor is he putting on the Grass-In-The Park shoes.

Sometimes the post man has been around to let us bark at him, and still Our Man’s door hasn’t opened.

What is going on?

Are we going for a walk?

Our Woman wasn’t up at the time the birds came this morning, doing that kitchen thing she wraps in shiny stuff to give Our Man to take to the office.

And what is this holiday business everyone is banging on about?

This is my contribution to Side View’s weekend theme challenge.

I love this photo! My dog does this, too. She taller so she’s eye level with the door knob, and it is so funny to watch her stare at it in anticipation!

Duc changes his routine routinely. My job is to simply be ready for anything. Good grief this sounds like I have a man in my life instead of a male cat!

  14. Imagine if she could will the door open with her thoughts…

PS. Insanely jealous that you have hard wood floors.

  15. Lyndatjie says:

Awwww… that is just the saddest dog in the world! Poor thing looks so worried…. 😦
Mine follows me around on weekends and public holidays the whole time. I can’t even go to the toilet without them whining and scratching at the door. Your post gives me some insight into their thought processes…. *grin*

    1. theonlycin says:

I know that toilet-following thing very well 😉
