These are just some photographs taken at Saturday’s First Sighting picinic at my home, by local photographer (and friend) Lyndsay Barr.

There is nothing we like to see so much as the gleam of pleasure in a person’s eye when he feels that we have sympathized with him, understood him. At these moments something fine and spiritual passes between two friends. These are the moments worth living.

  1. That is so cool. We just cannot find any replacement for our women friends. Men, you are wonderful, too, but there’s something very important about our women buddies.

  2. Photographing people can be quite difficult (so I’ve heard), but I am particularly interested in learning how to do that. Not so much to capture faces, but to capture the unspoken; words, emotions, thoughts. Some of these are pretty good πŸ™‚ And, of course, I love black and white pictures. Look like everyone had a good time πŸ™‚

  4. Great – I should definitely say I’m impressed with your site. I had no trouble navigating through all tabs and related information. It ended up being truly easy to access. Excellent job.
