GRATITUDE IN THE MIX ON A LAZY SUNDAY

They were conspiring, too far away from me to hear the words, but I understood their tone.  After a while they sneaked off in the car.

“Dad knew you were sad last weekend, when your hand-blender died.”

Small things; great things.

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”

Nice hand blender! Sweet gift from your sweet family.
